About Mixel Studio Inc

Mixel Studio, Inc. is a technology startup focused on Extended Reality (XR) product design and immersive learning systems. Founded in early 2025 by award-winning innovators from the University of Michigan, the company brings together expertise in user-centered design, spatial computing, and software development to make immersive technology more intuitive, accessible, and practical for real-world use.

Mixel Studio has been supported by the University of Michigan’s Zell Lurie Institute and Ann Arbor SPARK, and was recently selected for the Winter 2026 Michigan Founders Fund Pre-Accelerator powered by gener8tor. To date, the team has raised $52K in non-dilutive funding and launched live pilots across higher education and K–12, including the University of Michigan.
